Transcend programs offer an integrative approach to health.  We focus not only on the health of the body, but also on the mind and heart.  Our focus is on stress management through physical movement, nutrition, meditation, mindfulness and psychotherapy.

My counseling sessions at Transcend have been efficient and rewarding.  The combination of psychotherapy, mindful fitness and meditation has helped me get to the root of some unhealthy patterns and remove it.  I feel more comfortable in my own skin.  I react less and respond more.  I trust myself again and stopped procrastinating.  I feel free and empowered to create and live the life I want.  I now practice meditation daily, I exercise 3-4 times a week, and I feel great!
